Workshop Description

The Confident U Workshop lays a foundation for transforming the mind, body, and spirit.

INTRO TO MEDITATION - Meditation helps your mind focus on unleashing your true identity and the inner confidence being concealed. It raises the awareness of who you truly are vs the “you” that you think you are and have come to be.

PRINCIPLES OF SELF - Adjusting yourself to a confident mindset requires unpacking the damaging rules and thoughts that dictate your reality. Your level of consciousness creates your perceptions which creates and recreates the world you know. In this segment, you will identify the areas of your life where you lack dominance, vision, and life purpose.

THE GREMLIN & INTRO TO GROWTH - When you are driven by the Gremlin undermining your efforts, you struggle with speaking to people with confidence. The Gremlin is the inner critic that tells you in one way or another that you’re not good enough. This segment exposes the behaviors that sabotage and identify your seeds of confidence.

MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES - This segment explores the impact you have on the world. You are an energetic Being that affects others. When you are intentional about what you want, you activate your power of purpose. Living in your purpose is directly tied to your level of confidence.

SELF LOVE PLANNING & MANAGEMENT - This segment helps you create an action plan for implementing confidence. You will gain clarity on the steps to take that nurture and maintain your confidence.

FUNDAMENTALS -  Time to redefine your Core Thoughts. Your Core Thoughts are rules you have established that dictate your life. When these rules are rooted in catabolic energy, the energy that is destructive, it undermines your efforts to be confident. In this segment, you will create new rules, eliminate old ones, and align yourself with a new desired level of confidence.

CENTERING -  This segment will help cement the confidence principles that have learned. You will put into practice the fundamentals that you learned in INTRO TO MEDITATION.

EXPRESSIONS & PUBLIC SPEAKING - It's time to launch your new confidence level. You will be given the opportunity, in a safe and supportive environment, to share with your classmates your reflection on the workshop and how you may use what has been learned to benefit you in the future.

Having concluded the Confident U workshop, you will realize that there is an abundant well of confidence residing within you.  You will know that you have the ability to inspire others. You will have and be able to share a clear view of your plan to build and maintain your confidence in any given future situation.
